A representative from the Sports Information and Communication Center stated that the script, trailer, clips, and event branding have been completed. The media channels, especially the website of the Vietnam Sports Authority, are intensifying the posting of news and articles to continuously update on the progress and activities of AMMS 8 and SOMS 16.

Regarding logistics, financial tasks have been assigned specific duties. The units are urgently preparing and reviewing the budget estimates, while also working with hotels to ensure the selection of accommodation and reception venues meets the highest standards.

The meeting also noted the opinions and shared experiences of the representative from the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism regarding the preparations for tasks such as sending invitations, ceremonial receptions, accommodation venues, and signing documents at the event...

Concluding the meeting, Chairman Nguyen Danh Hoang Viet emphasized: In the last months of 2025, the workload will be very large, particularly with SOMS 16 and AMMS 8 being events that affirm Vietnam's role and position in the region, while also promoting sports cooperation among member countries. Therefore, the Chairman requested the relevant units to enhance their sense of responsibility, strengthen coordination, and actively work together to overcome difficulties and complete the assigned tasks.

For tasks beyond the authority of the Vietnam Sports Authority, the Chairman requested relevant units research, review, and reporting to the leadership of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism. The Chairman emphasized: Units need to closely monitor, refine the content, and prepare in detail, especially regarding financial and logistical work, to ensure the meetings are successful.
