The Vietnam Kun Khmer delegation, comprising 17 coaches and 63 athletes, delivered an outstanding performance to claim first place overall with 75 medals, including 38 gold, 30 silver, and 7 bronze.
The Cambodia Kun Khmer delegation finished second with 71 medals, including 35 gold, 27 silver, and 9 bronze. The Indonesian team ranked third with 9 medals, including 1 gold, 5 silver, and 3 bronze.
These results continue to affirm the standing of Vietnamese Kun Khmer on the international stage, while showcasing the technical skill and competitive capability of Vietnamese fighters at the continental level.
Following the 1st Asian Kun Khmer Championship 2026, the Vietnam Kun Khmer national team looks ahead to the 7th World Kun Khmer Championship, scheduled to be held in November 2026 in Can Tho.
