On the final day of competition, Vietnamese athletes won six gold medals and two silver medals.
In the men's 5km open category, Do Ngoc Vinh finished first in a time of 55 minutes and 51 seconds to win the gold medal. In the men's 16-17 age group, Tran Gia Phuc won gold with a time of 56 minutes and 38 seconds. In the men's 14-15 age group, Nguyen Vinh Thai Bao finished first in 57 minutes and 44 seconds. Meanwhile, in the men's 3km youth event, Pham Duc Trong won gold with a time of 42 minutes and 17 seconds.

In the women's events, Nguyen Kha Nhi won gold in the women's 5km 18-19 age group with a time of 1 hour, 1 minute and 40 seconds. Le Huynh Tu Uyen won gold in the 16-17 age group with a time of 1 hour, 5 minutes and 57 seconds.
In addition to the six gold medals, Vietnamese athletes also won two silver medals on the final day. Cao Van Dung won silver in the men's 5km open category, while Phan Thi Thuy An won silver in the women's 16-17 age group.
